A home for community in clay

Workshops

I am often fortunate to host community workshops during projects. My goal is to educate, inspire creativity, and to question the spaces we inhabit; What is reciprocity? What does it look like in community? What does it look like with land?

Can we love each other, the earth, ourselves, and what we create?
Can we build to last, with full intent on its eventual return to the ground?

Natural building calls for full consideration of land and reciprocal practice.
It offers space for community building, for full and unfiltered love of humanity.
Natural building connects us to each other, the land, to material, to what we create, our homes, gardens, structures…

Workshops offer a unique opportunity to build together with your fellow community members, as well as with those you’ve never met! Workshops offer instruction and insight on Earthen Building materials and methods including: cob, wattle/daub, earthen plastering, and more!

If you are interested in potentially hosting a standalone workshop, or have a project that may accommodate a workshop, please click the Contact link and let’s chat!

If you want to join in a future build, if you want to learn, if you want to shimmy and shake, please check out the opportunities below and let’s build a beautiful world together!
